Daily online Reports/Documents

There's never any confusion or delay in checking the status of your
property. Every Comprehensive client receives a free, password-protected
online 'virtual office', featuring daily income and expense ledger, sticky
notes, progress reports, photos of the property, and scanned documents
(utility bills, contractor invoices, municipal permits and tax payments,
interbank transfers, etc).

Save time and money

Renovation of an existing structure can be a nightmare, unless you know
how to bird dog the contractors and actually get things done in rural
Costa Rica on time and on budget. We leave nothing to chance. All building
materials will be delivered on time and inspected by a Comprehensive site
manager. Electrical and plumbing systems are given special attention to
US standards. New appliances are installed under warranty.

What does it cost?

Initial project assessment varies according to the size and location of your subdivision, beach resort, or condo development. Feasibility studies can be tailored to your specific needs.

Basic property management with daily online reports is very affordable, as
low as $69 per month for utility payment service, security and routine
maintenance inspections. Rental management and marketing is always
fee-based (no commissions). Remodeling and construction are offered on
fixed price contracts. Each client and property is unique and individual.
